_Biography

Sarah Fuchs (she/her) is a Norwegian photographer and visual artist based in Berlin. 

Her work moves between fashion, portraiture, and conceptual art, often blurring the lines between genres. Through her lens, she looks for fleeting, quiet moments that often go unnoticed. Working intuitively with light, colour, and distortion, she aims to strip back context to let the image take on a sculptural stillness. Influenced by surrealism, her staged compositions blend darkness with play.

While born in Norway, Sarah has lived and worked in the Netherlands, Singapore, South Korea, the UK, and Germany. She holds a bachelor's degree in Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics from the University of Amsterdam, a master's in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics, and a diploma in Curation from the Berlin University of the Arts.

Her work has been exhibited internationally in Germany, Norway, the UK, Bosnia & Herzegovina, France, and Japan.
